   It wasn't a formal alliance.  More like an informal agreement.   
   Definitely not the actual alliance that the Federation and the Klingons   
   have.  In any case, it lasted only as long as the Dominion War did.   
   (Besides, all the Romulans who could have been party to this agreement,   
   were killed in the opening scene of Nemesis anyway...)   
      
   About the only problem I had with Nemesis is that it didn't mention the   
   Continuing Committee, but hey, that's a minor nit at best.  Any film   
   with Dina Meyer in it, can't be all bad!
