   Well, I suppose a good argument could be made for that view, but that   
   doesn't change the fact that Kirk never actually ordered the production   
   and distribution of flintlocks at the end of Private Little War.  He   
   just didn't do it.  People who think that he did are mistaken.   
      
   As I explained, that doesn't mean that Kirk wasn't able to help them   
   some other way.
