   Start a war with the Klingons?  Assuming that the Organians would allow   
   a resumption of hostilities, would that world be considered a high   
   enough priority for a start of general hostilities?

   Uh...it's the Federation who are breaking the treaty by attacking   
   the Klingons.  Not that the TOS Klingons cared about details like
