Wasn't "Enterprise" suppose to do the same thing ("stay true to it's history
but aim for the broadest audience possible") and ended up doing NEITHER? Us
folks who remember watching ST:TOS first runs are at least in our mid
40's... and we're not the prime demographics who go to the movies, so I
suspect that Kurtzman/Orci are either being ignorant or more likely just
spinning not to alienate the ST:TOS fans.

Only thing going for this project is that Beavis and Butthead aren't
involved (as far as I can tell) which would be the kiss of death as far as
   most fans are concerned.
