   Of course, it's not really anything new either. If you look back at the   
   original old stories for things like Robin Hood and King Arthur, they   
   were "rebooted" numerous times long before most people could even read,   
   let alone TV and movies were invented. Many of the characters (Maid   
   Marion for example), etc. were later additions to the stories by other   
   people.
