   I could grab a still with my computer, as could anyone else with the   
   proper equipment.  I don't recall Kirk saying he would kill Spock.   
   When the 'good' Kirk is in his room, and the Tantalus shield is   
   activated, its his yeoman who threatens to 'push the button' .. but   
   good Kirk stops her.  Now, on the NCC-1701, the bad Kirk is in the   
   brig, and I think he threatens to kill Spock .. also tries to bribe   
   him, as I recall.  Is this the scene to which you are referring?
