   I don't really see technobabble as a "moment" thing, it's more of a   
   cumulative effect.  So if you were to measure the amount of it in   
   every Trek episode with a stopwatch, the last technobabble line   
   that puts one episode in particular over the top to win the title of   
   "most technobabble laden episode" would be my worst moment.   
   However, there's no way I'm going to rewatch a lot of bad Trek   
   just to count the technobabble.
