   in itself.   
      
   In the 23rd century, procreation without the physical sexual act   
   should be pretty well perfected to the point where people of   
   homosexual orientation can indeed and quite easily have children using   
   their own genetic material plus that either grown or donated by   
   somebody else for that purpose.   
      
   Like Khan Noonian Singh, whose learned instinct was to think   
   two-dimensionally even in space, you are conceptually limited by the   
   conditioning of your temporal context, Arthur.  You are waaaay too   
   early-twentyfirst-centurish in your thinking.
