   There's people all over the world that survive on MUCH less than that   
   too. Huge piles of money are not an essential for life or survival,   
   neither is buying iPods, broadband internet, HD-TV, etc., etc. Large   
   amounts of the money that most people in the "richer" countries use is   
   actually wasted on toys, not survival. Selfish greed is what makes the   
   world go around and greed at the top is called "big business".   :-(
