   TNG was not a "reboot", but I really can't be bothered arguing the

   Yet again, if the franchise is SO unpopular, then way bother re-using   
   the name?!?!? It's pure idiocy and makes MUCH more sense to create a   
   brand new franchise ... and yet again I end up going around in the same
