|    Do they have to slow down HD to get all     |

From: NONONOmisc07@fmguy.com              Playback a court video on Youtube and the cop sounded like he was on       drugs. Then I noticed everyone else sounded a little sleepy too. I       checked playback speed and it was set to Custom 0.7, and I could appear       to change that but it never did change, except for the embedded       adverstisement https://youtu.be/M4Pi9O5myWM "Audit the Court" which is       a series and I've watched 1 or 2 others from that series without       noticing anything strange. Badge on settings that says HD. I don't       remember others being HD. Do they have to slow down HD to get all the       data to play in a non-HD player? Is my 4 yo. PC a non-HD player?              Is this a common thing? Is there a reason behind it?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
