   Not all YT videos when viewed on different browsers provide a Playback   
   Speed('PS') setting on first play. Sometime a refresh of the browser   
   window is necessary.   
      
   There are a variety of  YT videos for different browsers   
   explaining the causes and how-to-approaches when the YT 'PS' feature is   
   not available.
