   Considering Windows 7 is just Vista optimized, that is quite correct.   
   Speaking as a beta-tester for Vista, I can confirm that the product was   
   nowhere near good before Microsoft announced that they were releasing to   
   manufacturer. I was still able to submit dozens of bug reports to the   
   company when they suddenly made that move.
