   update process. The temp folder is a temporary storage location that is   
   automatically created by the updater to store any temporary files that   
   may be generated during the update. This helps in maintaining the   
   integrity of the update process and ensures that any updates are   
   successfully saved and can be accessed later. The temp folder is   
   typically located in the user's Documents folder and is not a cause for   
   concern as it is a normal part of the 'MSI' update process."   
      
   i.e. Getting rid of OneDrive or blocking it does not prevent a 3rd party   
   app/program/OEM updater from creating a folder or using an orphan folder.
