   Network Watcher on this device(W11 Pro 25H2) finds 6 items.   
   My router, computername, printer, garage door opener, Alexa, and iPhone   
     - all are ip/mac addresses issued as static ip addresses by my router.   
      
   No other Amazon(or any other wifi networks).   
      
      
   i.e. can not duplicate your findings, no backdoor entries.
