   You probably meant - setting Win11 to use the 5 GHz instead of 2.4 GHz   
   spectrum solved the problem.   
      
     i.e. per your earlier spec posting, both were already using the   
   802.11ac protocol while only Win10 was using the 5 Ghz spectrum.
