   This year I'm running an experiment I call the "Year of Maria," where I   
   will strive, starting on the first of the year, to focus purely on raising   
   the quality of those particular discussions in the operating system Usenet   
   newsgroup that I happen to participate in, including this helpful thread.   
      
   Luckily, most Windows groups already do well in terms of staying technical,   
   but I'm making the effort public here & now so you & I can aim even higher.   
      
   Hence, I'm choosing not to respond to personal attacks as my goal is to   
   keep the conversation technical and helpful so that it's pleasant for all.   
      
   To that end, this thread was an offshoot of Stan Brown's recent thread   
   asking how to "Rip Copilot out of Windows for good", where I remarked that   
   there are various Copilot variants which make the answer to his question   
   depend on which variants he is intending to rip out of Windows' filesystem.   
      
   If anyone has more value to add to the discussion of the varieties of   
   Copilot on Windows 10 & 11, that's what this thread was opened to discuss.
