   Well, if I owned the wit of Paul, I'd make note of the fact you pay once   
   and then the service is "free" forever as perhaps the reason for the lousy   
   support.   
      
   I'll agree though, having had Ooma for years, that the support was barely   
   adequate. Basically they told me my jitter was too high, and that was it.   
      
   Initially they helped me set up tweaks in the router but in the end, my   
   jitter was too high, and that was it for Oooma.   
      
   For me, it's binary.   
    high jitter ... Ooma sucks   
    low jitter ... Ooma works
