   This same Q came up elsewhere(online web Windows help forum), though   
   quite some time ago   
      
   Check the settings in Nvidia's GeForce Experience or it's replacement the   
   unified Nvidia app.  For the former, Nvidia ceased support(i.e. it's been   
   *deprecated*)...iirc it's not removed but depending on the version it   
   may have an option(or prompt) to install the replacement which also stops   
   the older from working.   
      
   Look for settings similar to Overlay, HUD, Performance.   
      
   Could also be MSI related...look for the Afterburner settings which   
   provides onscreen metrics.
