   I use MyPhoneExplorer for this and occasional file transfers but it does   
   do a lot more than share the clipboard so I don't know if that   
   qualifies.   
      
   The "Link to Windows" thingy or I guess it's "Phone Link" this week   
   needs a Microsoft account and again does lots more than clipboard   
   sync. Apparently Microsoft's Android keyboard (Microsoft SwiftKey AI   
   Keyboard) also has clipboard sync now. I assume it's compatible with W11   
   clipboard sync but haven't tried.
