   Don't moan when a company starts sending you spam. Instead, be grateful   
   that they are identified by a fixed email, not a faked one. Then, just   
   create an automatic filter in your mail client that sends those emails   
   automatically to the spam folder or the trash folder, and problem solved   
   (do not delete immediately, in case of errors).   
      
   Creating disposable accounts is good, but is work.
