   There are register level triggers in there, for attempting   
   to get the stupid software to install the PCA 2023 certificate.   
      
   This is important for machines which only support Secure Boot,   
   or you've been running them in Secure Boot mode, and the   
   PCA 2011 certificate is about to expire mid-year this year.
