Tomshardware at the moment, they've had an article where
they "pretend" that the price of DDR5 is beginning to
"plateau" )in Germany), which is just so much wishful thinking.

The bubble has already burst, it's just taking
time for the memo to be sent out.

What will we do with all the cow pastures that have been
turned into half-finished data centers ? Bitcoin farm ?

It would only be a "revolution" if it showed AGI, which
is not in evidence. To be useful, the entire model has
to change (context space too small, the O() is wrong).
It's too expensive and inflexible at the moment.
If it's going to "steal jobs", it has to solve the
"slop cleanup specialist" problem first. It's a lot
like the "self driving car", it'll be "ready, any day now".

There aren't really any countries with "an excess of electricity",
and so no matter where you stick the datacenter, its
presence is always a problem. Some places have cheap
electricity sources, but those sources are finite and
easily smothered (causing the price to shoot up).
