   And another trip down memory line. As part of my Army Apprenticeship, I   
   spent time at an Australian Army Signals Unit in 1976   
      
   They were the Hub for Signals-switching for all Aust Army Units and for   
   that purpose, they had S.T.R.a.D. (Signals Reception Transmission and   
   Distribution) which was (I think) six equipment bays, each ten or   
   fifteen meters long.
