Jump voltage to the       appropriate connections to drive the motor in high and low. If high       doesn't work, it is a wiper motor problem. If it does, it is a switch or       wiring problem. I would then go to the switch connector and see if the       switch is putting the correct voltage on the relevant connections. If       no, it is a switch problem. If yes, there is a bad connection somewhere       in the wiring.
