   My 2005 4x4 V6 6 speed manual Access Cab averages around 18.5-19 on   
   premium and 17.5-18 on regular.  All gas in my area has 10% ethanol,   
   all the time.  I have data for every tank from about 1200 miles to the   
   current 25k.   
      
   I've heard that newer trucks have different computer settings that   
   don't get better mileage on premium.  Mine does, and my owner's manual   
   recommends premium.  Enough to make premium a hair cheaper per mile,   
   with better performance to boot.
