Yes, it does. I bought a 1937 Ford fastback in 1955 that had set in a
Ford dealers garage since 1939. The man who owned it died and his wife
didn't drive. She decided to store it when she went to Alabama to live
with her sister. It only had 1700 miles on it when I bought it. The
radio worked , the original mole hair carpets were in good shape. The
gun metal gray paint was pristine. The rest of it was crap. the engine
was frozen up, the tires had rotted out a long time before I bought it.
If it hadn't been stored inside it would have been a lot worse.
