   Your pretty free with other folks wages. How about you, what would you   
   really give up? Your medical? You holidays? 30% of your wages? Your   
   vacations? Your 401? I'd venture nada..   
      
   You forget that these contracts are negotiated! Both sides come to a   
   agreement regarding wages benefits and work rules and so on. The union   
   members DON'T make decisions about what product is built or how the company   
   is run. Management does. All I see is a nice kiss if and when they head out   
   the door.
