   That's bullshit.  People at the top shouldn't be installing lug nuts.   
   They should be doing jobs relevant to their pay scale.   
      
   If you measure success as doing the least amount of work for the most   
   amount of pay, then you've got a problem.  In fact, a lot of people have   
   that problem, and that's a big reason why we're in this mess to begin   
   with.
