   I have the stock CD/Cassette player on a 2001 4Runner. When the   
   headlights are on, and the instrument panel lights are anywhere other   
   than full brightness or all the way off, there is an audible hum in the   
   radio. The hum is there whether I'm using the radio or the CD player or   
   the cassette player.   
      
   Any ideas on how to fix this? I don't know if it's a problem with the   
   radio, or something failed in the dimmer circuit that is causing the   
   noise (i.e. a leaky capacitor).
