   I have to agree with those that advocate changing the water pump at the   
   same time you do the belt.  If you are thinking of trading in the   
   vehicle, don't do anything, but let the buyer know what the maintenance   
   history on the vehicle is.  I personally think my 1992 Toyota is worth   
   more to me than any of the newer vehicles available on the market.  And   
   doing the water pump at the time you do the belt is a good practice as a   
   preventative measure, particularly for the price of labor to open it all   
   back up again when you could have done it the first time.   
      
   JCMc, By the way.....I know several that would be interested in buying   
   your older vehicle if you are inclined to sell.  Seems the demand for   
   these older "Toys" have gone up....driving up prices as well.
