He       also said, however, that it wasn't anything they did, because they       don't do anything that would touch the boot.              He also said that doesn't explain why the brake pedal went to the       floor board, and he asked to see the brake resevoir under the hood,       b/c I told him it was full and that was hard to believe since it was       behaving as if the fluid leaked out. He saw it was indeed full, and       there doesn't seem to be any leaks anywhere, (aside from the split CV       boot/grease). So he was stumped.              I'm taking it to a toyota repair place tomorrow... I told him if the       repair place tells me it looks like something that happened when the       tires were put on, that I would like to be compensated. But if it was       just coincidental.... then that's that.              I find it very hard to believe the boot split when its fairly new, and       it had nothing to do with getting the tires... but I also have no       proof and I don't want to blame anyone unfairly. :(              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
