   None of the cars I ever owned, that were equipped with floor mats, ever   
   suffered from uncontrolled acceleration.    So I guess I could be one who   
   believes that floor mats do not cause cars to accelerate, but then again,   
   I'm not an expert in the field of floor mats.   ;)
