   2002 Tacoma - temp & fuel gauge needles are bottomed out. Speedo & tach both   
   working, and so is the illumination in the instrument panel. Anyone know the   
   common denominator for the two gauges? Fuse tested OK, but I tried a new one   
   anyway.
