Bad cam sensor on at least one bank, almost certainly. 1310 is an
igniter circuit failure code. 1320 is a no signal to coil #5, and 1340
   is a camshaft sensor code.(bank 1 sensor 2)

A bad camshaft sensor (or connection) could cause all 3 codes.
