   Another young girl tortured and nearly killed by an African immigrant:   
      
   In Skellefteå which is 450 miles north of Stockholm an 15 year old   
   Ethiopian migrant strangled 'Luna' a 9 year old girl.   
      
   She was found naked – strangled with a shoelace and tied to a tree, a   
   hair's breadth away from death   
      
   The lack of oxygen after the strangulation has left Luna with permanent   
   brain damage and she cannot speak and has difficulty moving her arms and   
   legs.   
      
   She came within an inch of death but now has severe brain damage. All she   
   can do is wave her hand & say 'mother.'   
      
   The migrant, a boy himself, was already known to the authorities including   
   the school and social services as he had already assaulted and sexually   
   assaulted multiple other girls.   
      
   The politicians and the media smile as they eagerly welcome rapists and   
   murderers into Europe.
