to exterminate the Jews, and this was fully and formally accepted even by
its legal system.

Try not to be so stupid (assuming you can). War serves as the best opportunity
to deport/relocate people. And yet, the Nazis did not allow Jews to leave
the Greater Reich. As they said themselves, the reason was simple: they
wished to exterminate them.
