   about removing the vast majority of Palestinians from Gaza for good. But as   
   Zionists further their ‘Greater Israel’ project, those displaced from the   
   region head to Europe as Western leaders and ‘refugee charities’ lobby for   
   Palestinians to be welcomed, a policy that will speed the ethnic
