   BREAKING: Three teenagers have been shot in Orpington, an area in south   
   London.   
      
   The victims include an 18-year-old and two 14-year-old boys, with some   
   already speculating as to the race and immigration status of the yet-to-be   
   named perpetrator.   
      
   The shooting comes amid racial unrest in the UK after three young girls   
   were killed by a Rwandan knifeman in Southport.
