   Not really. The fact is that England's funding as the UK hides a multitude   
   of sins not least that the UK incomes like oil from Scottish waters, like   
   many, "invisible", earnings and the UK wide taxes earned by UK wide   
   companies are paid from head offices in London are all added to the UK   
   income but the UK funding is English only.
