   All of it if you are considering cities, rather less of it if   
   considering the Postal Area. As for the conurbation, surely   
   "Westminster" (some might argue "Southwark") would be more correct   
   than "London", being a better "root" (WRT population spread) for the   
   conurbation ? ;-)
