   But the English legal system couldn't have tried them, since Scotland   
   retains it's own legal system. That might have thrown a spanner in the   
   works...

   If the Nazis had invaded Britain, would you have resisted or   
   collaborated? I can just see you giving the Nazis the names of every Jew   
   you knew, regardless of knowing what was going to happen to them.
