   (a) No.   
      
   (b) The assumption that all non-native speakers of Celtic languages   
   understand English is interesting.   
      
   (c) Why would anyone want to create a P/Q hybrid based on "concepts of

   (d) OTOH you could always try your hand at Gaelglish.
