   No they didn't do fine - the only party that did 'fine' was the SNP. The   
   Lib Dems lost the same around 10% of seats as Labour and the   
   Consservatives. Thus there is a mandate for the independence referendum   
   to be put to the people. What are you afraid of - the peoples' vote ?
