   The Breton Federalist Aliance/ Emglev Kevredel Breizh expresses it's joy   
   for receiving the Welsh National Team of Rugby on breton soil. The   
   breton people is grateful  toward the Welsh Rugby Association for   
   sending its competitors for training in South Brittany.   
   We hope that this event will contribute to strengthen the cultural,   
   economic and political  links between the two celtic cousins . Wales has   
   got a kind of homerule , the so-called Devolution. which permit  to   
   manage better its interests  in a more democratic way. Brittany,   
   unfortunately so far, still is dominated by a too much french   
   centralised political system which hampered its potentialities. So we   
   look forward for  more  homerule which will unable the breton people to   
   protect better it's own interests and development according to it's will   
   and respectfull for our common celtic roots .
