   Could we agree that being Celt is to adopt the Culture of the Celts? The   
   means to do so are varied, and no single one of them essential?   
      
   By the same token, knowing a Celtic language or dialect; or having knowledge   
   of its mythos, music and festivals, does not infer the same as /living/ in a   
   Celtic Culture.
