   Winter is coming HARD, and early.   
      
   Minneapolis is expecting a foot or more of snow by tomorrow.   
   They usually only have 9 inches for the entire month.   
      
   Some areas east a bit further expecting 18 inches or more.   
      
   Snow hitting 8-10 states in the upper mid-west;   
   the Dakotas, Montana, Nebraska, Minn., Wyoming, Colorado,   
   Idaho, and Wisconsin.   
      
   And moving into Ill. and Mich. tomorrow. Then more eastward.   
      
   Likely to cause a lot of traffic problems, maybe lasting thru
