   Trump/USA can afford PRC "panic", can't he?   
   IMHO only idiot would expect no "panic" anywhere.   
   We may discuss if PRC response is the best *for PRC*   
   (more "how" than "what" IMHO) but it is not "totally unexpected".   
      
   It may look like Trump is playing *dangerous* "dare game".
