Jesus taught that the law was the basic of religious duty towards God,
   but that the teachings of
Christianity are superior and that you needed to exceed the
   righteousness of the law. However
He mad it clear in the below passage that the basic requirements of
   the law as elaborated by
the scribes and pharisees were still required for Christians. Gentile
   christians, or Noahides, under
Jesus teaching should follow the Talmudic Noahide Laws. I have
   provided a list of the
subdivisions for the 7 laws of Noah. This is now an established list
   and is slowly becoming
authoritative. The 7 law system is official with Judaism, but the
   elaboration into the 66 subdivisions
is basically a clarification of the 7 laws, and is slowly becoming
official. I feel it is fair before God
to be aware of and observe these laws.

   Matthew 23:1-1
"Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, 'The scribes and
   the Pharisees sit on Moses
seat: therefore do whatever they teach you and follow it:........."

   The 66 Noachide Sub-Laws

Although there are only Seven Noachide Laws, it is possible to
subdivide them into 66 subdivisions according to Dr. Aaron
Lichtenstein in his book 'The Seven Laws of Noah'. He bases these
subdivisions on Rabbi Moses Maimonides' 613 laws for Jews. Of these
subdivisions there are 52 Negative and 14 Positive.
