   important prophets, Muhammad, let to note his revelations. Although he   
   was an illiterate, one discovers in him an extraordinary personality. His   
   revelations have been written in Arabic by learned Jews, which have been   
   engaged by him for this work. Since he interested in all existing mystic   
   knowledge, in order to compare these with own experiences and   
   perceptions, he invited representatives of the existing religions to   
   self. Thus why Jewish Holy Scripts were provided for him by his Jewish   
   advisers, and transferred as narrations to the Qur'an. To consequence   
   Jewish ancestors became also Muslim ones, which is also very well   
   understandable and comprehensible. Muhammad gave ear also to Christians,   
   and New Testament has been reflected in Qur'an Sura "Mariam ", but with   
   some exception: Jesus was not God, and there are no Virgin Birth at all.   
   He wrote that a God envoy made Mariam pregnant in natural way. Hence it   
   follows that Muslims and Jews, and essentially also Christians, are   
   brothers due to Qur'an. Muslim Codex of the Canonical Right-Sharia'ah-Law   
   has been developed as well, in which for centuries Presumption of   
   Innocence was embodied. Who maintains gilt, he must prove it. To the   
   comparison, Presumption of Innocence can't be found in German Basic Law.   
   Centralism or a hierarchical layout does not exist in the Muslim   
   religion. Building-up of Islamic states and politicization of this   
   religion caused such negative moments as terrorism and stranger hate.   
   Predominant part Muslims never read Qur'an, and they know only what was   
   told them. Thus a fertile land has been developed for abuse of the Muslim   
   faith.   
           Although Judaism is free of most conditions, which may cause   
   religious abuse, there are also today such factors like: making religion   
   to be state issue, state interfering in religious questions and its   
   politicization, which provide religion with recognizable negative   
   moments. The problem is therefore so complex, while Hebrew faith   
   constitutes a part of the nation identity. This problem correlates itself   
   with the answer to the following question: In what extent a state is a   
   nation? Since spirit of the Jewish nation is scattered all over the   
   world, it gives state no reason to manifest that Jewish state is the only   
   embodiment of this spirit. If it is like that, then Jewish State has no   
   reason to be concerned with Jewish religion like, for example, Vatican   
   concerns with Catholicism. Hence it follows that Jewish state has to deal   
   only with identity of the state, as common spirit of the whole   
   population, and not only with identity of spirit of the Jewish nation and   
   its religion.   
      
   Summery. As we saw, organized faith, religion, and administrated   
   religion, church, cause most problems, which affect negatively   
   development of the human spirit. Such religious aggregations brake and   
   obstruct human spirit's development. Like catalysts of evil acts an   
   interfering of state and policy into religious questions. Money and power   
   should not be goals and priorities of a religion. Centralism in the   
   structure of a religion based on money and power must leave out. Local   
   autonomy and self financing using own means of a religious community are   
   sufficient. Freedom of the faith must be everywhere accepted. Forcing to   
   a concrete faith is a crime against human spirit.
